Year of extremes for Telangana: Rainiest July to driest October
Telangana experienced multiple unusual climatic events in 2023, including extreme rains, rainfall deficit, and hailstorms. The intensity of rainfall events has increased due to global warming, even with small weather phenomena like cyclonic circulation and low pressure. Cyclones in December are becoming more intense due to increasing air and sea surface temperatures.
