Telangana HC notice to Union secy in contempt case
The Telangana high court on Friday issued a notice to senior IAS officer and secretary to the Union ministry of personnel and public grievances PK Tripathi asking to explain his stance within two weeks as to why he did not implement the court's order on adjusting the seniority of five conferred IAS officers from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
