Senior Delhi govt officer detained for raping dead friend's 17-year-old daughterA senior Delhi government officer who was booked on charges of raping his friend's 17-year-old daughter for several months at his house in Burari and impregnating her, was detained by police on Monday. The minor alleged the accused and his wife made her undergo an abortion. "The accused has been detained and we are interrogating him. His statement is being recorded," said Sagar Singh Kalsi, DCP North district.
