'Mulugu, Sircilla first in line for e-health card'
Soon, people in Telangana's Mulugu and Sircilla districts will be the first in India to get e-health profile cards, said the state's health minister T Harish Rao on Saturday. Launching the Telangana Health Profile Project in Mulugu - the e-cards are a part of it - he said that the government has sanctioned 100 crore for this pilot project.
