Enough evidence against Delhi health minister Satyendar Jain in ED case, says court
A special PMLA court in the city while taking cognisance of a chargesheet filed by the ED against Delhi health minister Satyendar Jain on Friday said, "Looking at the material on record, it can be said that there is prima facie sufficient incriminating evidence about the involvement of the accused. Thus, cognisance of the offence under Section 3 of PMLA, punishable under Section 4, is taken.
