E-buses: No Bombay HC relief for Tata Motors
The HC pronounced its judgment on a petition filed by Tata group company which had challenged its disqualification by Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) undertaking for being ‘technically non-responsive’ and took exception to the contract being awarded for 2100 e-buses to another bidder—Evey Trans Pvt Ltd-- as being contrary to tender conditions.
