Delhi: Get 'banned' vehicle scrapped, receive rebate for next purchase
The Delhi government proposed offering MV tax rebates to encourage scrapping old vehicles and adopting cleaner ones. Owners need to submit a scrapping certificate at a registered facility and buy a new vehicle in the same category. Rebates range from 10-20%. The proposal was sent to LG VK Saxena for approval.
