With mobile app, Delhi cops hot on heels of thieves
The “VehiScan” mobile application being used by cops has helped Delhi Police crack more than 1,100 criminal cases, mostly of motor vehicle thefts in the city, data till February 23 has revealed. More than 480 cases were solved in West district, followed by 250 in Outer-North and over 130 vehicle thefts in Outer district. Over 150 cases were solved in the remaining districts.
