Why does BMC want its gardens to take a siesta?
Despite a BMC order of August 2019, stating that all civic gardens stay open from 6am to 10 pm daily, BMC has been keeping them out of bounds in the afternoon hours. Many have sought that open spaces in the city be kept open all day.
