More than a month after Delhi government initiated the process of appointing a new managing director for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), sources said the government-appointed selection committee has chosen the candidate who is likely to succeed Mangu Singh (66), whose tenure is coming to an end on March 31.
