Valet facility may be part of BMC’s SoBo pay-&-park plan
D ward, comprising the neighbourhoods of Nepeansea Road, Malabar Hill and Pedder Road, will be the first civic ward for the rolling out of the BMC's Comprehensive Parking Management Plan. The groundwork for regulated pay-and-park spots has already begun, civic officials said.
