Thane: Man gets life for raping daughter, a minor, in 2017
Thane sessions court for cases under the POCSO Act has sentenced a 45-year-old man to life imprisonment for sexually assaulting his 13-year-old daughter multiple times and impregnating her between May and October 2017. The conviction order was pronounced by additional district judge VV Virkar on Friday, along with a penalty of Rs 25,000.
