Slap penalty of Rs 50k for mosquito breeding: Delhi HC
Delhi High Court has said that the quantum of fine for mosquito breeding ought to be increased from Rs 5,000 to Rs 50,000, asking the AAP government to impose on-the-spot fines against erring institutions.
