Shinde's hamlet waits for a CM to end its isolation
Dare Tarfe Taam is an obscure hamlet located deep in the heart of the Sahyadri ranges, 85 km from Satara. Located near a forest and flanked by Koyna river, its only link to civilisation is a long, winding road that is not even motorable in the rains. A lone state transport corporation bus shuttles to the 150-member village once a day.
