SC ruling shot in the arm for Noida homebuyers
In an order which could bring relief to homebuyers whose real estate company is facing insolvency proceedings, the Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that Noida authority would be treated as operational creditor and not as a financial creditor like homebuyers in the IBC proceedings.
