SC reposes faith in NBCC to complete Amrapali projects
The Supreme Court on Monday reposed its faith in the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) for construction of the unfinished Amrapali projects and refused to give credence to the objections of some homebuyers who raised questions about the PSU after the company found itself in the dock for poor quality of constructions in its Green View housing project in Gurugram’s Sector 37D.
