POSH: HC likens itself to Bhishma Pitamaha
The PIL was filed by Janaki Chaudhary who headed a POSH ICC for two-and-half years in her previous company and also by advocate Abha Singh. Singh appeared in person to argue the matter saying the HC had wide powers to do justice.
