Plea against unlicensed delivery kitchens in Bombay HC
The Indian Hotel and Restaurant Association has filed a petition before the Bombay high court against unlicensed eateries and “food parcel kitchens” which do home delivery through online food aggregators, and has sought directions whether such “eating houses” can conduct business without a mandatory licence from the civic body.
