Palghar lynching case: HC grants bail to 10 accused
Observing that they were merely spotted in the video as part of a mob of 400-500 villagers but not seen hitting or being violent, the Bombay high court on Friday granted bail to 10 persons accused i n the Palghar lynching case of 2020 and denied the bail pleas of eight others in four different applications.
