Only BBMP has access to app for highlighting road woes
The Fix My Street mobile app, touted by BBMP to be a speedy solution for citizens' complaints on pothole-riddled roads, has come unstuck. Though the Palike had announced last month that the public could lodge their complaints through the app, it has emerged that only civic officials can access the same.
