Naresh Kumar is Delhi chief secretary
The Union home ministry on Tuesday appointed Naresh Kumar, a 1987-batch AGMUT cadre Indian Administrative Services officer, as new chief secretary of Delhi. He is currently serving as the chief secretary of Arunachal Pradesh.
