Mumbai: Carpenter loses hand use in BEST mishap, gets Rs 64L
A 51-year-old carpenter from Kandivli who lost the use of his right hand after a speeding BEST rammed into his bike on Western Express Highway in 2018 has been awarded a compensation of around Rs 64 lakh (with interest) by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
