Mumbai: 70-year-old gets 7 years in jail for minor's abuse
In a judgement sentencing a 70-year-old man to seven years' rigorous imprisonment for repeatedly sexually abusing his 13-year-old step-granddaughter and showing her porn on his mobile phone, a special Pocso court said that parents should avoid to giving their mobile phones to children of such age because they do not know the gravity of any act which they are doing or which the adults are doing with them. The court also said the incident will leave a scar on her whole life, including her married life.
