Mum: Masks to stay, marshals to now fine also for littering
After chasing Mumbaikars not wearing face masks for the last two years, Clean Up marshals will also resume their original task from next month: penalising litterbugs, people spitting or defecating in the open and pet owners not cleaning up after their pets.
