Mum: Man held for stalking and assault fails to get bail
Bombay high court rejected the anticipatory bail plea of a man accused of stalking and assaulting a woman who works as a singer at a bar. While rejecting the plea, the court observed that the man could not take benefit of the relationship he once shared with the woman.
