Mum: Cong to move SC over escalation in STP project cost
The Congress has decided to file an intervention application in the Supreme Court against the BMC's nearly Rs 26,000-crore Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) project. Congress leader Ravi Raja, former Opposition Leader in the BMC, said that the party will file an intervention application through its legal cell over cost escalation, lack of transparency in tenders and cartelization by bidding companies.
