MLC Darekar moves Bombay HC against FIR
Pravin Darekar, Member of Legislative Council and the opposition leader in the Maharashtra Legislative Council on Wednesday petitioned Bombay high court to quash an FIR filed against him on March 14 at MRA Marg police station in Mumbai and for interim relief, but got no interim protection against coercive action.
