Mercury in Delhi may reach 35 deg C by Wednesday
The mercury level, which continues to rise, crossed 31 degrees Celsius in Delhi on Saturday. The city's base station, Safdarjung, recorded a maximum temperature of 31.2 degrees Celsius, two degrees above normal. It was the highest day temperature to be recorded this season.
