Man who posed as PMO staffer made 39 foreign trips
Arahant Mohan Kumar, 35, arrested on charges of duping a techie of Rs 89 lakh on the pretext of removing her name from the blacklisted category with regard to visas, undertook 39 foreign trips between 2016 and 2020.
