Man gets 10 years in jail for raping minor in Gr Noida
The district and sessions court in Surajpur has sentenced a youth to 10 years in jail for raping a minor in November 2019. GB Nagar additional district and sessions judge (POCSO) Manoj Kumar found 25-year-old Satyendra guilty of rape and house-trespass on Friday and handed down jail terms of 10 and five years, respectively. The court also imposed a cumulative fine of Rs 15,000 on him.
