Maharashtra: CNG, cooking gas to cost less
In what will come as a huge relief to public transport and private vehicle users in Maharashtra, the government on Friday proposed a relief in VAT (value added tax) on natural gas in the state Budget—by reducing it to 3% from 13.5%.
