Maha: Somaiyas seek pre-arrest bail in INS Vikrant case
Citing political rivalry, former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya and his son, BMC corporator Neil Somaiya, moved the sessions court on Friday to seek anticipatory bail in the cheating case registered against them at Trombay police station earlier last week.
