Maha funds defalcation: Somaiya gets bail
The Bombay high court on Wednesday granted interim relief to former BJP Member of Parliament Kirit Somaiya, protecting him from any police custody and custodial interrogation in connection with the Save INS Vikrant Rs 57 crore funds defalcation case.
