‘Labourer’ status: Pravin Darekar moves Bombay HC
Leader of the opposition in the Maharashtra Legislative Council Pravin Darekar has moved Bombay high court against an order passed on January 3 by cooperative registrar that he is not eligible to be a labourer, hence not eligible to be a member of Labourers’ Co-op Society.
