K'taka: Report moots Board of Guvs for universities
A Karnataka government panel has recommended setting up of a Board of Governors (BoG) as the principal governing body of varsities with powers to appoint vice-chancellors. Indian Institutes of Management have similar administrative measures in place since 2018.
