A 33-year-old man, who befriended people on Facebook and allegedly borrowed their cars citing various excuses and later sold them, has landed in police custody.Charan Raj, 33, a resident of Kanakapura Road, is a BCom graduate and works with a travel agency in Kanakapura town.
