K'taka HC upholds 10-year jail for ‘predator father’
The Karnataka HC has upheld the 2016 judgment of a trial court that convicted and sentenced a Bengaluru person for sexually assaulting his then minor daughter and dismissed his appeal that the preliminary complaint had many lacunae and contradictions, reports P Vasantha Kumar.
