K'taka: Cybercrooks target parents, offer books at discount
With Karnataka seeing an acute shortage of school textbooks due to supply crunch, cybercriminals are taking advantage of the situation. Conmen in the guise of book publishers are posting messages on social media and sending WhatsApp texts, saying they will deliver textbooks to different parts of the city at discounted rates.
