K'taka: 3 parties field candidates for 4th RS seat
Election to the fourth seat of the Rajya Sabha in Karnataka is unlikely to be unopposed with state Congress general secretary Mansoor Ali Khan in the fray now and with BJP fielding Lahar Singh Siroya, a former MLC as its third candidate for the fourth seat.
