KSE says he will not resign, alleges plot to frame him
Pressure is mounting on state minister K S Eshwarappa to resign on moral grounds after Udupi police on Wednesday booked a case against him for abetment to suicide in connection with the death of a 40-year-old civil contractor who had levelled bribery allegations against him before allegedly killing himself.
