Karnataka’s UPSC topper is NLSIU graduate
Avinash V, a 24-year-old from Davanagere, topped Karnataka with an all-India rank of 31 in the civil services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). As many as 685 candidates have cracked the exam this time, of which 25 are from Karnataka.
