Karnataka: Specially-abled girl raped, 1 accused held
A specially-abled teenager was gagged and allegedly gang-raped on Tuesday evening, at Tiluvalli village in Haveri district.Police have arrested Parashuram Madiwalar, 38, while the other accused Yashwanth, 38, is on the run. Both the accused are from Soraba taluk in Shivamogga district.
