'It was a pilgrimage for me': HC judge retires
It was the last day of Justice Shahrukh J Kathawalla at Bombay high court on Wednesday. He retired after 14 years as Bombay HC Judge, his tenure leaving many who may have violated a law in fear of his reprimand and others, especially those waiting for a permanent roof over their head, in joy at interim orders of reprieve.
