Intent dishonest in INS Vikrant funds case: Mumbai court
In detailed orders rejecting the anticipatory bail pleas of BJP leader Kirit Somaiya and his son, former corporator Neil Somaiya, the sessions court said that the fact that they did not take permission from the competent authority for collection of donation to save INS Vikrant from being scrapped itself shows their dishonest intention since inception.
