INS Vikrant case: Somaiya claims vendetta
The FIR in the navy ship Vikrant scam was based on a complaint by Baban Bhimrao Bhosale, a 53-year-old former army staffer. He said since the warship had a significant role in the '71 war against Pakistan, he did not want it scrapped and decided to support the initiative.
