Inappropriately touching child is sexual assault: K'taka HC
Inappropriately touching a child comes under the meaning of "any other act" under Section 7 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (Pocso) Act 2012 relating to sexual assault, the Karnataka high court has observed in a recent judgement.
