Horse handlers brutally kill dog in Thane
A local animal activist, Pankaj Rijhwani, who witnessed this cruelty, has now lodged an FIR against the dog killers at the Kopri police station. Animal rights NGO, People for Animals (PFA, Unit-2), helped Rijhwani in filing the criminal complaint.
