HC stays Centre’s order to divert Delhi’s power
In its plea in the Delhi high court against the Centre's decision to divert power meant for Delhi to Haryana, BSES claimed that the order was completely without jurisdiction and that the authorities had no power to divert power that forms part of the allocation made in favour of the petitioner and was duly approved by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) for supply to the capital.
