HC seeks details on ‘assault’ by BBMP chief engineer
The high court on Tuesday sought information from Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) on the action taken against the reported assault on a director of American Technology Solutions Ltd (company operating Python equipment), allegedly by BS Prahlad, BBMP chief engineer (road infrastructure). A division bench headed by chief justice Ritu Raj Awasthi said the information should be provided by Monday, the next date of hearing.
