First verify if it was really a murder, says Bombay HC
Acquitting four men booked for ‘murder’ of two Pune residents 12 years ago, the Bombay high court said courts have to first verify it was really a ‘murder’ and pointed that evidence of the ‘star’ eyewitness — their friend — is not believable.
